Welcome to our new Blog. We will be posting new information here on a regular basis so check back often. We are excited about this new feature of our website because we plan to post news from our office, new information on research into obesity and weight management, new recipes, new and old ideas about exercise and fitness, and other items of interest to our friends and patients. This blog is for you – please post your comments and suggestions. This is also a good place to ask questions about weight loss, weight maintenance, vitamins, supplements, food, medications, etc. No one should be bashful in making comments or asking questions, remember you can always use a pseudonym to sign your comment.

    I have been attempting to shed extra pounds for years. It is always an up and down struggle. I take 2 steps ahead and 4 backwards. I by no means appear to make a lot progress. I will begin a food regimen, do nicely for awhile, then return to my old habits. I do over and over again. Properly, I am pleased to say that because of sites like yours I been able to lose forty seven pounds up to now! You articles keep me motivated. On a regular basis I attempt to read on one thing new to keep my excitement and carry on going forward. Thank you!
