COMPANY NEWS We are moving our Roseville location! After almost 15 years at our Professional Drive location in Roseville, we have outgrown our space and are moving to a larger office next month. It is conveniently located just down the street from our current office on the corner of Professional Drive and Douglas Boulevard. Our new address will be 2510 Douglas Boulevard, Suite 200, and phone number will stay the same. We are excited about the new location because we will have more space and well be able to offer a greater variety of products. We will also have a Menu for those who want to have a quick protein meal or snack made for them at a reasonable price. So if you are out and about and need a quick pick-me-up drink, dont stop at the coffee shop for an empty calorie drink - stop here. We will keep you apprised of the opening date next month. What words of wisdom. How many times have we started something but became discouraged and opted to quit? We probably cant recount the numerous times we have given up on something because it didnt go the way it was planned. We are a society that puts too much emphasis on instant gratification and perfectionism and that is a formula for recurring failure.

Instead, we should take knowledge from that experience, gain some perspective, and persevere. Persistence, not instant gratification or getting lucky the first time, builds the foundation for success. We just have to re-motivate ourselves and try again. Are you ready to take that knowledge and succeed in your endeavors, and in your own goals in life? Recipe of the Month September is here, vacation time is over, kids are back in school, and calendars are filling with upcoming activities. This is also the time for planning meals - a nutritious breakfast to get the day started, a healthy lunch to refuel, and a dinner filled with a variety of vegetables to accompany the protein-rich entree. This recipe will teach you how to make a quick and healthy wrap for any meal that will satisfy the sweet or savory palate, and please even the pickiest eaters in your family. Consider a Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap, a Peanut Butter, Mozzarella, Apple Wrap for kids, or a Mexican Wrap with ground beef, shredded cheese and salsa. The possibilities are endless. Just remember the 30+ grams of protein rule when you wrap. Enjoy on the LCD or MD Key Diets. Pick up a copy in the office today or download at our website. 30 gram Protein Recipe We have found a great granola-style cereal and it is delicious! It is called Lydias Organics Berry Good Cereal and can be found at Whole Foods. This cereal is grainless, gluten, sugar, and oil-free. To use this cereal to make a 30 gram protein meal, put one cup non-fat Greek-style yogurt in a bowl (Fage, Oikos, Trader Joes, or similar brand), mix in 1-2 packets of non-nutritive sweetener, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the Berry Good Cereal. It is a great meal for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy.
